font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><strong><u>Consid\u00e9ration 1:<\/u><\/strong> L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique des machines doit \u00eatre con\u00e7u et construit conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme IEC 60204-1.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la norme, nous trouvons le langage suivant\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[IEC 60204-1: 2016] <strong>4.2.2 Appareillage de connexion. <\/strong>Outre les exigences de l&rsquo;IEC 60204-1, selon la machine, l&rsquo;usage auquel elle est destin\u00e9e et son \u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique, le concepteur peut choisir des parties de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique de la machine qui sont en conformit\u00e9 avec les parties appropri\u00e9es de la s\u00e9rie IEC 61439 (voir aussi l&rsquo;Annexe F).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il est clair que la s\u00e9rie IEC 61439 n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire pour les Enveloppes de contr\u00f4le industriels, mais il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une norme utile \u00e0 laquelle se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer, par exemple dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019Envoloppe est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de barres omnibus.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Consid\u00e9ration 2:<\/u><\/strong> Le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans le langage contenu dans la IEC 61439-1.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[IEC 61439-1: 2012] <strong>Partie 1: R\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales &#8211; 1 Domaine d\u2019application<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>[\u2026] Le pr\u00e9sent document s\u2019applique, uniquement lorsque la norme d\u2019ensemble applicable l\u2019exige, aux ensembles tels que d\u00e9crits ci-apr\u00e8s: <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>[\u2026] <strong>ENSEMBLES <\/strong>con\u00e7us pour l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique des machines sous r\u00e9serve que les autres exigences sp\u00e9cifique correspondantes soient respect\u00e9es. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>NOTE 3\u00a0: Les exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires relatives aux ENSEMBLES faisant partie int\u00e9grante d&rsquo;une machine sont couvertes par la s\u00e9rie IEC 60204.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cette langage cr\u00e9e de la confusion, car on peut interpr\u00e9ter que le fabricant de machines doit \u00e9galement appliquer la norme IEC 61439-2 pour pouvoir marquer CE sa Enveloppe de contr\u00f4le et, par cons\u00e9quent, ses machines.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Consid\u00e9ration 3:<\/u><\/strong> Il est vrai que la IEC 60204-1 n&rsquo;est pas une norme des Enveloppes de contr\u00f4le mais une norme pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique des machines. Il est \u00e9galement vrai que la norme IEC 61439-2 est la norme de produit pour les Appareillages de puissance ou Appareillages de connexion ou pour les Tableaux de r\u00e9partition. Cependant, la norme IEC 61439-1 exige des tests incompatibles avec une Enveloppe de contr\u00f4le industriel, comme le test de court-circuit.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous construisez des Appareillages de puissance, <strong>vous n&rsquo;effectuez aucun test de court-circuit<\/strong> puisque le fabricant du \u00ab syst\u00e8me panneaux \u00bb (ABB ou SIEMENS ou SCHNEIDER, ou RITTAL ou\u2026etc) l&rsquo;a fait pour vous il y a des ann\u00e9es. Mais si vous utilisez la m\u00eame \u00ab\u00a0structure m\u00e9tallique\u00a0\u00bb pour construire une Enveloppe de contr\u00f4le pour machines, <strong>vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les r\u00e9sultats de cette v\u00e9rification<\/strong> et vous devez tester le comportement de votre Panneau Electrique sous un v\u00e9ritable court-circuit, v\u00e9rifier qu&rsquo;il r\u00e9ussit le test et ensuite reconstruire un \u00ab panneau jumeau \u00bb puisque celui test\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7a n&rsquo;a pas de sens!<\/strong> UL 508A poss\u00e8de l&rsquo;excellent \u00ab SUPPLEMENT SB \u2013 SHORT CIRCUIT CURRENT RATINGS FOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROL PANELS \u00bb qui fournit une m\u00e9thodologie pour calculer le SCCR d&rsquo;une Enveloppe de contr\u00f4le <strong>et ne n\u00e9cessite aucun test de court-circuit<\/strong>\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Consid\u00e9ration 4:<\/u><\/strong> Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, parmi les experts travaillant dans ce domaine et qui participent \u00e0 divers comit\u00e9s techniques, il est accept\u00e9e que la IEC 61439-1 est une bonne source de prescriptions pour le fabricant des enveloppes de contr\u00f4le, <strong>mais que son application compl\u00e8te n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire<\/strong>. Plusieurs organismes europ\u00e9ens de normalisation, comme le CEI en Italie ou le DKE en Allemagne, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris officiellement cette position. <strong>MAIS, d\u00e9sormais<\/strong>, formellement, nous avons toujours la phrase de la IEC 61439-1 qui d\u00e9clare que la norme est applicable aux \u00ab ASSEMBLAGES con\u00e7us pour l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique des machines \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce langage est d\u00e9sormais enti\u00e8rement supprim\u00e9<\/strong> dans les normes IEC 61439-1:\u00a02020 et IEC 61439-2:\u00a02020. Une fois que ces deux normes seront harmonis\u00e9es, avec leur publication au JOUE, le probl\u00e8me et la confusion qu&rsquo;il g\u00e9n\u00e8re seront enfin compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9solus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Conclusions    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Si vous \u00eates un fabricant des Panneaux ou des Enveloppes de contr\u00f4le, vous devez indiquer le courant nominal de court-circuit de votre produit. Cette valeur doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure au courant de court-circuit potentiel auquel le panneau est soumis.
