normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><strong><u>Consid\u00e9ration 1:<\/u><\/strong> Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2012 de la IEC 61439-1, le langage suivant \u00e9tait contenu dans l&rsquo;Annexe normative J\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[IEC 61439-1: 2012] Annexe J (normative) &#8211; Compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM) <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>J.9.4.2 Exigences d\u2019essai. <\/em><\/strong><em>Les ensembles sont dans la plupart des cas fabriqu\u00e9s ou assembl\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9, par incorporation d\u2019une combinaison plus ou moins al\u00e9atoire d\u2019appareils et de composants. Aucun essai d\u2019immunit\u00e9 ou d\u2019\u00e9mission CEM n\u2019est exig\u00e9 sur les ensembles finis si les conditions suivantes sont satisfaites: <\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>les appareils et les composants incorpor\u00e9s sont conformes aux exigences de CEM pour l\u2019environnement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 (voir J.9.4.1) comme exig\u00e9 par la norme de produit ou la norme CEM g\u00e9n\u00e9rique applicable; <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>l\u2019installation interne et le c\u00e2blage sont effectu\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux instructions des constructeurs des composants et des appareils (disposition concernant les influences mutuelles, c\u00e2bles, blindage, mise \u00e0 la terre, etc.). <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Dans tous les autres cas, les exigences de CEM doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es par les essais selon J.10.12. Dans tous les autres cas, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de CEM doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es par des essais conform\u00e9ment au point J.10.12.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Essentiellement, pour les Tableaux de r\u00e9partition, aucun test n&rsquo;est requis dans le cas o\u00f9 tous les composants portent le marquage CE, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la directive CEM et sont install\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux instructions du fabricant. Cette approche est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2020 de la IEC 61439-1.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Consid\u00e9ration 2:<\/u><\/strong> Depuis 2018, toute norme technique devant \u00eatre harmonis\u00e9e doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e par un consultant dit HAS (Harmonised Standard).<\/p>\n<p>Les Consultants HAS assistent la Commission europ\u00e9enne dans la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;article 10(5) du R\u00e8glement (UE) n\u00b0 1025\/2012 relatif \u00e0 la normalisation europ\u00e9enne. Les consultants HAS doivent \u00e9valuer la conformit\u00e9 des normes harmonis\u00e9es aux demandes de normalisation et \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation d&rsquo;harmonisation de l&rsquo;Union correspondante pour permettre aux services de la Commission de v\u00e9rifier et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer si les conditions de publication des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de ces normes harmonis\u00e9es au Journal officiel de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne sont correctement remplies, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 10, paragraphe 6, du r\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n<p>Essentiellement, le r\u00f4le des consultants est d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer dans quelle mesure une nouvelle norme ISO ou IEC est conforme aux demandes de la Commission et dans quelle mesure elle traite et soutient les exigences essentielles de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pertinentes d\u00e9finies dans les directives et r\u00e9glementations europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2012 de la norme IEC 61439-1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pertori\u00e9e dans le JOUE, sans l&rsquo;accord d&rsquo;un consultant HAS. L\u2019\u00e9dition 2020 a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une enqu\u00eate d\u2019un consultant HAS, qui a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab l\u2019approche modulaire \u00bb posait probl\u00e8me. C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2020 n&rsquo;est pas encore harmonis\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2 ans, un groupe de travail r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de modifier l&rsquo;approche afin de conserver l&rsquo;harmonisation. Les travaux sont presque termin\u00e9s et nous parvenons \u00e0 un bon compromis: <strong>L&rsquo;approche modulaire sera maintenue pour les tableaux de distribution, bien qu&rsquo;avec des limitations plus importantes<\/strong>. Cela signifie que nous verrons une nouvelle \u00e9dition de l&rsquo;EN IEC 61439-1 en 2025 et qu&rsquo;elle sera rapidement harmonis\u00e9e, pour finalement remplacer l&rsquo;EN IEC 61439-1:2012.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Conclusions    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Si vous construisez des Tableaux de r\u00e9partition, ou des Appareillage de puissance, ou tout autre panneau conforme \u00e0 la norme IEC 61439-2 (qui fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la IEC 61439-1), vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin d&rsquo;effectuer de test CEM \u00e0 condition de suivre l&rsquo;approche indiqu\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;annexe J de la IEC 61439-2.
