Pour que cela soit possible, une exclusion de d\u00e9faut sur le contacteur KP1 est n\u00e9cessaire. Or, cela n&rsquo;est autoris\u00e9 ni par la norme IEC 62061 ni par la norme ISO 13849-1. n&rsquo;est pas possible de revendiquer la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;une ou l&rsquo;autre des deux normes pour les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mode \u00ab\u00a0forte demande\u00a0\u00bb lorsqu&rsquo;une exclusion de d\u00e9faut est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la non-ouverture des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contact en raison d&rsquo;un soudage permanent. Ceci est valable m\u00eame dans le cas o\u00f9 la valeur du courant nominal du contacteur du dispositif de protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s <strong>a un facteur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 0,6 ou moins.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La raison en est qu&rsquo;un contacteur doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre les surcharges et les courts-circuits<strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un dispositif de protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s<\/strong> (Branch Circuit Protective Device, en langage nord-am\u00e9ricain) : il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les <strong>d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques<\/strong>. Une fois cela fait, les taux de d\u00e9faillance al\u00e9atoire des contacteurs peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9els\u00a0\u00bb. Le fait de \u00ab\u00a0surprot\u00e9ger\u00a0\u00bb le contacteur peut augmenter sa valeur B10D, mais<strong> il n&rsquo;est pas correct de pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 une valeur infinie de B10D.<\/strong> La norme ISO 13849-1, tableau C.1, indique une valeur de B10D de 400 000 dans le cas o\u00f9 le contacteur est soumis \u00e0 un courant \u00e9gal \u00e0 sa \u00ab\u00a0charge nominale\u00a0\u00bb. Elle indique \u00e9galement une valeur B10D de 20 000 000 lorsque le contacteur est soumis \u00e0 une \u00ab\u00a0petite charge\u00a0\u00bb (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire 20 % de sa charge nominale). Veuillez \u00e9galement vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au point 4.12.3.2.<\/p>\n<p>Ces consid\u00e9rations sont \u00e9galement valables pour les contacteurs auxiliaires utilis\u00e9s comme entr\u00e9es d&rsquo;une logique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La figure 4.19 {4.11.3.2.3} montre deux exemples de sous-syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e (transmetteur de pression, module de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec seuil interne et contacteurs auxiliaires) qui
