Le concept est d\u00e9fini dans l&rsquo;annexe K de la norme IEC 60947-5-1 [32]. Veuillez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 la figure 4.12.1.1 ; l&rsquo;ouverture de la porte entra\u00eene les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&rsquo;actionneur sort de la t\u00eate d&rsquo;actionnement.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;actionneur sort de la t\u00eate d&rsquo;actionnement, ce qui entra\u00eene le mouvement du plongeur de verrouillage.<\/li>\n<li>Cela ouvre le contact de surveillance de l&rsquo;interverrouillage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il se peut qu&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me survienne et que, par exemple, le mouvement de l&rsquo;actionneur n&rsquo;ouvre pas le contact \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, cela est valable pour de nombreux capteurs. Un pressostat basse pression peut avoir le m\u00eame probl\u00e8me : le contact est ferm\u00e9 parce que la pression est normale. Si quelque chose se produit dans le processus et que la pression baisse, le capteur le d\u00e9tecte mais le contact ne s&rsquo;ouvre pas. Est-il possible d&rsquo;exclure un d\u00e9faut ? \u00c0 moins que le fabricant du pressostat ne prenne certaines mesures, l&rsquo;utilisateur ne peut pas exclure les d\u00e9fauts !<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d&rsquo;un dispositif d&rsquo;interverrouillage ou d&rsquo;autres capteurs utilisant la m\u00eame technologie, <strong>une exclusion de d\u00e9faut peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e si le contact \u00e9lectrique a une action d&rsquo;ouverture directe<\/strong>. Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ? Comme le montre la figure 1, c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche, l&rsquo;ouverture du contact se fait par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments non \u00e9lastiques. Dans l&rsquo;exemple de l&rsquo;ouverture non directe, l&rsquo;ouverture du contact se produit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la force du ressort. La figure 3 montre la combinaison de l&rsquo;action m\u00e9canique directe et non directe des interrupteurs de position d&rsquo;un dispositif de verrouillage de type 1.
