Par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<strong> directive 94\/9\/CE<\/strong>, le \u00ab\u00a0processus\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 suivre (<strong>Nouveau cadre l\u00e9gislatif de 2008<\/strong>) menant \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification de la conformit\u00e9 des appareils \u00e0 la directive est mieux clarifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le type de mat\u00e9riel (\u00e9lectrique ou non \u00e9lectrique) et la zone ATEX dans laquelle il doit \u00eatre install\u00e9, il est n\u00e9cessaire ou non qu&rsquo;un organisme notifi\u00e9 le marque. text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Le marquage des \u00e9quipements ATEX est une m\u00e9thode permettant d&rsquo;identifier les caract\u00e9ristiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le domaine d&rsquo;application appropri\u00e9 d&rsquo;un produit destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des atmosph\u00e8res explosives.\u00a0Le marquage se compose de deux parties. La premi\u00e8re partie est exig\u00e9e par la directive, la seconde par les r\u00e9glementations techniques.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la premi\u00e8re partie du marquage,<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"481\">Selon l\u2019annexe II (Directive 2014\/34\/UE), qui concerne les <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Exigences essentielles de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 relatives \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la construction des \u00e9quipements et syst\u00e8mes de protection destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en atmosph\u00e8res potentiellement explosives\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> , tous les \u00e9quipements et syst\u00e8mes de protection doivent \u00eatre marqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9l\u00e9bile et identifiable avec au minimum les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"1187\">\n<li data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"559\">\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"559\">nom, nom commercial enregistr\u00e9 ou marque d\u00e9pos\u00e9e et adresse du fabricant<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"614\">\n<p data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"614\">marquage CE (conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article n\u00b0 765\/2008)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"653\">\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"653\">d\u00e9signation de la s\u00e9rie ou du type<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"688\">\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"688\">num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie, si disponible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"714\">\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"714\">ann\u00e9e de construction<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"833\">\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"833\">le marquage sp\u00e9cifique de protection contre l\u2019explosion suivi du symbole du groupe d\u2019\u00e9quipement et de la cat\u00e9gorie<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1187\">\n<p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1187\">pour le groupe d\u2019\u00e9quipement II, la lettre \u00ab G \u00bb (concernant les atmosph\u00e8res explosives caus\u00e9es par des gaz, vapeurs ou brouillards), et\/ou la lettre \u00ab D \u00bb (concernant les atmosph\u00e8res explosives caus\u00e9es par des poussi\u00e8res). Cette deuxi\u00e8me partie du marquage a pour but de fournir une description concise et compl\u00e8te des caract\u00e9ristiques de protection retenues. Elle comprend notamment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le <strong>type de protection<\/strong> (par exemple, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/reglements-techniques\/normes-atex\/iec-60079-1-protezione-ex-d-custodie-antideflagranti\/\">Ex d<\/a>, Ex e, Ex t, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/risque-atex\/dangerosite-des-substances\/\"><strong>groupe<\/strong> <\/a><strong>de gaz ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/risque-atex\/regroupement-des-equipements\/\">de poussi\u00e8res<\/a><\/strong> pour lequel l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement est con\u00e7u;<\/li>\n<li>la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/risque-atex\/dangerosite-des-substances\/\"><strong>classe de temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/a> pour les atmosph\u00e8res gazeuses, ou la <strong>temp\u00e9rature maximale<\/strong> <strong>de surface<\/strong> pour les atmosph\u00e8res poussi\u00e9reuses;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/risque-atex\/niveau-de-protection-de-lequipement\/\">le niveau de protection de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement (<strong>EPL<\/strong>),<\/a> qui indique le degr\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et permet une corr\u00e9lation avec les zones d&rsquo;installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La figure en donne un exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Dans leur ensemble, ces informations permettent de v\u00e9rifier rapidement la compatibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement avec l&rsquo;environnement pr\u00e9vu et constituent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour le choix
