Les appareillages \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 haute tension sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des tableaux de distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Les panneaux basse tension peuvent \u00e9galement prendre la forme d&rsquo;appareillages de commutation. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ces types de tableaux sont utilis\u00e9s pour alimenter les transformateurs, les moteurs, les lignes de transmission, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs et les r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques pour les syst\u00e8mes industriels, domestiques, commerciaux et de distribution. Leur objectif est de fournir et de contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;alimentation des charges tout en les prot\u00e9geant. Un appareillage de commutation est \u00e9galement utile pour identifier les conditions de d\u00e9faillance et couper l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lectrique en la d\u00e9connectant et en l&rsquo;isolant du circuit. Voici la d\u00e9finition :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[IEV ref 441-11-02] <strong>Switchgear<\/strong>. Un terme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral couvrant les dispositifs de commutation et leur combinaison avec les \u00e9quipements de contr\u00f4le, de mesure, de protection et de r\u00e9gulation associ\u00e9s, ainsi que les ensembles de ces dispositifs et \u00e9quipements avec les interconnexions, accessoires, bo\u00eetiers et structures de support associ\u00e9s, destin\u00e9s en principe \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre de la production, de la transmission, de la distribution et de la conversion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les commutateurs basse tension peuvent \u00eatre construits et test\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux normes am\u00e9ricaines suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; UL 1558<\/strong>. Norme relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;appareillage de commutation \u00e0 disjoncteur de puissance basse tension \u00e0 enveloppe m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; ANSI C37.20.1<\/strong>. Norme IEEE pour l&rsquo;appareillage de commutation \u00e0 disjoncteur de puissance \u00e0 basse tension (1000 Vca et moins, 3200 Vcc et moins) sous enveloppe m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; NEMA SG-5<\/strong>. Ensembles d&rsquo;appareillage de commutation de puissance<\/p>\n<p>Les appareillages de commutation <strong>peuvent inclure toute combinaison de dispositifs de protection<\/strong>, y compris des disjoncteurs \u00e0 bo\u00eetier isol\u00e9 (ICCB), des disjoncteurs \u00e0 bo\u00eetier moul\u00e9 (MCCB) r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans la norme UL-489, des fusibles r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans les normes UL-508 et UL-977 et des disjoncteurs de puissance r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans la norme UL-1066.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne <strong>les normes IEC,<\/strong> les tableaux de distribution basse tension sont construits conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie IEC 61439. <strong>IEC 61439-1<\/strong> : Ensembles d&rsquo;appareillage \u00e0 basse tension. La norme inclut \u00e9galement les centres de commande de moteurs, appel\u00e9s, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, appareillages de commande. Voici la d\u00e9finition<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>IEC 61439-1] 3.1.1 <strong>Ensembles d&rsquo;appareillage \u00e0 basse tension.<\/strong> Combinaison d&rsquo;un ou de plusieurs dispositifs de commutation \u00e0 basse tension avec les \u00e9quipements de commande, de mesure, de signalisation, de protection et de r\u00e9gulation associ\u00e9s, ainsi que toutes les interconnexions \u00e9lectriques et m\u00e9caniques internes et la structure de l&rsquo;appareillage.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><strong>Les tableaux de distribution<\/strong> sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en aval des tableaux de distribution, \u00e0 des tensions plus basses, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>\u00e9gales ou inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 600 V<\/strong>, et ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour distribuer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 des sources multiples et la transmettre \u00e0 des charges individuelles, \u00e0 des tableaux de distribution et \u00e0 des \u00e9quipements de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>La terminologie est plus utilis\u00e9e en Am\u00e9rique du Nord qu&rsquo;en Europe. Les tableaux de distribution sont construits et test\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux normes suivantes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; UL-891 : Tableaux de distribution. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une norme triple, comprenant la norme<strong> C22.2 N\u00b0244<\/strong> au Canada et la norme NMX-J-118\/2-ANCE.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; NEMA PB-2 : Tableaux de distribution de type \u00ab\u00a0Deadfront\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[UL 891] 3.46 <strong>Tableau de distribution<\/strong> : un grand panneau unique, un cadre structurel ou un assemblage de panneaux ou de cadres structurels sur lesquels peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9s, sur la face ou l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re ou les deux : des interrupteurs, des dispositifs de protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s et d&rsquo;autres dispositifs de protection, des bus et des instruments.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les tableaux de distribution comprennent uniquement <strong>des disjoncteurs basse tension<\/strong> (LVPCB) r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans la norme UL-1066 et conformes aux normes ANSI C37.13 et NEMA SG-3. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement inclure des disjoncteurs UL 489.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les tableaux de distribution, les dispositifs de protection peuvent \u00eatre <strong>mont\u00e9s en groupe ou compartiment\u00e9s individuellement<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dans les tableaux de distribution \u00e0 compartiments individuels, chaque disjoncteur est plac\u00e9 derri\u00e8re sa propre porte et isol\u00e9 des dispositifs environnants ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; certains tableaux de distribution peuvent comporter une combinaison de dispositifs de protection mont\u00e9s individuellement et de dispositifs de protection mont\u00e9s en groupe. L&rsquo;appareil con\u00e7u pour cette fonction est le centre de commande des moteurs (MCC). Chaque<strong> tiroir de MCC<\/strong> contient un sectionneur pour isoler le circuit du moteur, des fusibles ou des disjoncteurs pour assurer la protection contre les courts-circuits, des relais de surcharge ou une protection thermique pour prot\u00e9ger le moteur et un contacteur ou un contr\u00f4leur de moteur \u00e0 semi-conducteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, un CCM ne peut pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un tableau de distribution, car les tableaux de distribution sont cens\u00e9s contenir uniquement des disjoncteurs et non des contacteurs de moteur (terminologie IEC) ou des contr\u00f4leurs de moteur (terminologie am\u00e9ricaine).
