Supposons qu&rsquo;une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e soit d\u00e9tect\u00e9e par un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, dans une application particuli\u00e8re, tous les 6 ans. Pendant 6 ans, cette boucle de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est jamais active, mais le moment venu, <strong>elle doit se d\u00e9clencher de mani\u00e8re fiable et amener le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/publications\/approfondissements-articles-tuttomisure\/p1-donnees-de-fiabilite-des-composants-utilises-dans-les-systemes-de-securite\/\">Les \u00a0taux de d\u00e9faillances s\u00fbres<\/a> (Safe Failures) ne posent pas de probl\u00e8me. Les taux de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses d\u00e9tectables ne sont pas non plus un probl\u00e8me, puisqu&rsquo;elles sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es automatiquement par le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au moyen d&rsquo;un test automatique appel\u00e9 <strong>couverture du diagnostic moyenne<\/strong> (Diagnostic Coverage). Les v\u00e9ritables probl\u00e8mes sont les <strong>d\u00e9faillances Dangereuses Ind\u00e9tectables<\/strong>. Celles-ci ne seront pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9es par un Essai de Diagnostic. Le seul moyen de d\u00e9tecter ces d\u00e9faillances possibles est de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des essais hors ligne, appel\u00e9s Essais P\u00e9riodiques. Ci-apr\u00e8s les deux d\u00e9finitions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>[IEC 61508-4:2010] <em>3.8.5\u00a0 Essai P\u00e9riodique :<\/em><\/strong><em> test P\u00e9riodique effectu\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9faillances dangereuses cach\u00e9es d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 afin que, si n\u00e9cessaire, une intervention puisse r\u00e9tablir le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat \u00ab comme neuf \u00bb ou aussi proche que possible de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat initial.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>[IEC 61508-4:2010]<em> 3.8.6\u00a0 <\/em>Couverture du Diagnostic<em> DC\u00a0: <\/em><\/strong><em>fraction des d\u00e9faillances dangereuses d\u00e9tect\u00e9es par les tests de diagnostic automatique en ligne. La fraction de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses est calcul\u00e9e en utilisant les taux de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses associ\u00e9s aux d\u00e9faillances dangereuses d\u00e9tect\u00e9es, divis\u00e9s par le taux total de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En substance : en cas de faible sollicitation, le v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me est celui des d\u00e9faillances dangereuses ind\u00e9tectables qui ne peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9es que hors ligne par des Essais P\u00e9riodiques, <strong>dont l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution doit \u00eatre conforme \u00e0 ce que le fabricant de l&rsquo;instrument a indiqu\u00e9 dans la notice de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>. Oui, un utilisateur ne peut pas imaginer ce qui doit \u00eatre fait pour les Essais P\u00e9riodiques: le fabricant du composant doit indiquer toutes les proc\u00e9dures \u00e0 suivre et si le test sera complet (\u2248100% des d\u00e9faillances d\u00e9tect\u00e9es) ou seulement Partiel.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les Essais P\u00e9riodiques soient \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9s dans la norme IEC 62061, ils sont principalement utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;une Faible sollicitation. En cas de Forte Sollicitation (IEC 62061 et ISO 13849-1), l&rsquo;indicateur cl\u00e9 est la Couverture du Diagnostic Moyenne. Elle est calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la formule suivante :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-46960\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Immagine-2025-01-31-112843.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"154\" height=\"69\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O\u00f9 \u03bb<sub>dd<\/sub> est le taux de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses d\u00e9tect\u00e9es et \u03bb<sub>d <\/sub>est le taux total de d\u00e9faillances dangereuses.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de forte sollicitation, les composants de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont utilis\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (par exemple une fois par heure), l&rsquo;accumulation de d\u00e9faillances est improbable et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend beaucoup du fait qu&rsquo;une boucle de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement activ\u00e9e et donc test\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSIONS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Essais P\u00e9riodiques sont des v\u00e9rifications hors ligne d&rsquo;un composant de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue desquelles tous les d\u00e9fauts sont normalement d\u00e9tect\u00e9s (essai p\u00e9riodique Total). Il est utilis\u00e9 dans les applications \u00e0 Faible Sollicitation et doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence deux fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la demande de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
