l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur et\/ou au personnel de maintenance la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre la machine hors tension depuis l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur du tableau \u00e9lectrique, sans ouvrir aucune porte. <\/strong><\/span><span class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">Ce concept s&rsquo;applique aux panneaux de contr\u00f4le aliment\u00e9s directement par les locaux industriels. <\/span><span class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">Pour les tableaux en aval ou secondaires, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;installer des moyens de d\u00e9connexion, qui peuvent se trouver \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du tableau, sans poign\u00e9e ext\u00e9rieure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">La possibilit\u00e9 de mettre le panneau \u00e9lectrique hors tension sans ouvrir de porte <strong>est obligatoire<\/strong> dans les normes IEC 60204-1, NFPA 79 et UL 508A, quelle que soit la fa\u00e7on dont le panneau est con\u00e7u \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. <\/span><span class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">La plupart du temps, cela se fait<strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que, en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;ouverture des armoires \u00e9lectriques, la norme EN 60204-1 distingue trois types diff\u00e9rents de panneaux de commande industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Ces trois types n\u00e9cessitent un sectionneur principal avec poign\u00e9e ext\u00e9rieure, mais pas n\u00e9cessairement plac\u00e9 sur la porte avant. Il s&rsquo;agit des types suivants<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Les tableaux de commande industriels <strong>qui peuvent \u00eatre ouverts \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9<\/strong> (par exemple, le sectionneur peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;armoire).<\/li>\n<li>Les tableaux de commande industriels qui <strong>doivent \u00eatre mis hors tension pour \u00eatre ouverts<\/strong> (par exemple, les armoires \u00e0 porte unique dont le sectionneur est install\u00e9 sur la porte et qui sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;un dispositif de verrouillage de la porte).<\/li>\n<li>Les tableaux de commande industriels qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de cl\u00e9 pour \u00eatre d\u00e9verrouill\u00e9s et ouverts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Analysons ces trois types, un par first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant directement \u00e0 la norme EN 60204-1 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[IEC 60204-1] : 6.2.2 Protection par les enveloppes<\/p>\n<p>[L&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;une enveloppe (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l&rsquo;ouverture des portes, couvercles, capots et autres) ne doit \u00eatre possible que dans l&rsquo;une des conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>a) l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;un outil est n\u00e9cessaire pour l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s<\/strong> : toutes les parties sous tension susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre touch\u00e9es lors du r\u00e9armement ou du r\u00e9glage des dispositifs pr\u00e9vus pour ces op\u00e9rations, alors que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement est encore connect\u00e9, doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es contre les contacts directs <strong>avec une protection d&rsquo;au moins IP2X ou IPXXB<\/strong>. Les autres parties sous tension situ\u00e9es<strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des portes<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es contre les contacts directs<strong> avec une protection d&rsquo;au moins IP1X ou IPXXA.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En principe, <strong>un panneau de commande industriel de type a) peut \u00eatre ouvert \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;autres outils, sans qu&rsquo;il soit n\u00e9cessaire de verrouiller la porte, \u00e0 condition que le degr\u00e9 de protection autour des parties sous tension des composants qui peuvent \u00eatre fr\u00e9quemment touch\u00e9s<\/strong> (disjoncteurs, contr\u00f4leurs de moteur, pi\u00e8ces de programmation VSD, etc.) <strong>par les op\u00e9rateurs et\/ou les personnes charg\u00e9es de la maintenance soit IPXXB,<\/strong> afin de garantir la protection contre les contacts directs.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que<strong> l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un panneau de contr\u00f4le industriel ne doit pas \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement IPXXB<\/strong> !
