Toutefois, <strong>certaines activit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessitent une mise sous tension partielle ou totale et l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de machines dont les dispositifs de protection sont d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s.<\/strong> Pour ces activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques, les modes de fonctionnement \u00e0 \u00e9nergie r\u00e9duite sont un moyen de r\u00e9duire le risque pour l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur ou la personne charg\u00e9e de la maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Certains types de machines sont soumis \u00e0 des normes sp\u00e9cifiques qui d\u00e9finissent les modes de fonctionnement en termes de valeurs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques r\u00e9duites et d&rsquo;autres conditions suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br \/>\nToutefois, de nombreuses autres machines ne sont pas couvertes par une norme sp\u00e9cifique et les fabricants peuvent donc ne pas savoir quel seuil utiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9sentons ici quelques valeurs \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans les normes techniques, regroup\u00e9es de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Vitesse<\/strong> (mm \/ s) : \u00e0 utiliser dans le cas d&rsquo;objets se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant \u00e0 vitesse constante (bras de robot).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Force<\/strong> (N) : en cas de pression constante sans acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>\u00c9nergie cin\u00e9tique<\/strong> (J) : \u00e0 utiliser dans le cas d&rsquo;objets qui se d\u00e9placent \u00e0 une vitesse accrue (une barri\u00e8re\/protection tombant d&rsquo;une certaine hauteur).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Pression<\/strong> (N \/ cm2). En l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;un tel dispositif de protection, ces valeurs doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites \u00e0 75 N et 4 J respectivement. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Ces valeurs ne sont applicables que lorsqu&rsquo;un bord de fermeture large est utilis\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de risque de coupure ou de cisaillement.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les valeurs diff\u00e8rent parce que le type d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment mobile d\u00e9pend du type de machine.<\/p>\n<p>Le message est qu&rsquo;il <strong>n&rsquo;existe pas de seuil unique d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9duite<\/strong>.
