Un courant circule entre chaque masse et la borne ext\u00e9rieure du conducteur de protection (PE) :<strong> la r\u00e9sistance mesur\u00e9e ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 0,1 \u03a9<\/strong>. L&rsquo;essai de continuit\u00e9 permet de s&rsquo;assurer que le syst\u00e8me de liaison de l&rsquo;armoire est correctement con\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essai de tenue de la tension di\u00e9lectrique<\/strong> : une tension d&rsquo;essai de 1000 V ac + 2 Vi doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e pendant 60 secondes, sans interruption, entre chaque phase et la barre de terre, aux panneaux de contr\u00f4le industriels, fonctionnant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 <strong>480 V en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, o\u00f9 Vi est la tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e nominale. Avec Vi = 480 V, la tension d&rsquo;essai est de 1960 V pendant 60 secondes<\/strong>. L&rsquo;essai de tenue \u00e0 la tension di\u00e9lectrique peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 en appliquant une tension continue au lieu d&rsquo;une tension alternative, \u00e0 condition que la tension utilis\u00e9e soit 1,414 fois sup\u00e9rieure aux valeurs ci-dessus.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;essai de tenue di\u00e9lectrique garantit le niveau d&rsquo;isolation minimal et peut r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des d\u00e9fauts dans l&rsquo;isolation (dommages m\u00e9caniques) ou la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau \u00e9tranger (tel que l&rsquo;eau) qui peut remplir l&rsquo;isolation.<\/p>\n<\/div> first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p><strong>Les fabricants de panneaux de contr\u00f4le<\/strong> sont-ils oblig\u00e9s d&rsquo;effectuer ces tests pour vendre en Am\u00e9rique du Nord ?<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse est que <strong>ces tests ne sont pas obligatoires pour les panneaux de contr\u00f4le industriels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre install\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong> et que, d&rsquo;autre part, seul <strong>le test de tenue \u00e0 la tension di\u00e9lectrique est requis pour les panneaux de contr\u00f4le industriels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre install\u00e9s au Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En fait, l&rsquo;UL 508A, la norme am\u00e9ricaine pour les panneaux de contr\u00f4le industriels, n&rsquo;exige aucun de ces tests.<\/p>\n<p>NFPA 79, la norme \u00e9lectrique am\u00e9ricaine pour les machines industrielles, mentionne la<strong> continuit\u00e9 effective de la terre des parties conductrices expos\u00e9es<\/strong> (limite de 0,1 \u03a9) et<strong> le test de tension,<\/strong> mais ne les consid\u00e8re pas comme obligatoires.<\/p>\n<p>La norme canadienne <strong>C22.2 N\u00b0 14,<\/strong> \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 la norme UL 508A, impose en revanche au fabricant de panneaux de commande industriels de soumettre son produit au<strong> seul essai de tenue \u00e0 la tension di\u00e9lectrique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, \u00e0 partir du 6 janvier 2022, la norme <strong>C22.2 N\u00b0 14<\/strong> ne sera plus la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence canadienne pour le programme Panel Shop et sera remplac\u00e9e par la norme<strong> C22.2 N\u00b0 286.<\/strong> Dans cette derni\u00e8re, l&rsquo;article E.1.2 (clause 1.2) permet au fabricant de tester le panneau de contr\u00f4le industriel \u00e0 une tension 20% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (que celle sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment) pendant 1 seconde, au lieu de 60 secondes.
