s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou peut-il \u00eatre l&rsquo;une des nombreuses entr\u00e9es de l&rsquo;automate programmable ?<\/p>\n<p>La question peut \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9crite dans un langage plus correct en demandant <strong>si la r\u00e9initialisation est une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div qu&rsquo;elle ne peut donc pas \u00eatre achemin\u00e9e via l&rsquo;automate programmable. O\u00f9 cela est-il \u00e9crit ? C&rsquo;est indiqu\u00e9 dans la norme EN ISO 13849-1 : 2023.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[ISO 13849-1: 2023] <strong>5.2.2 Exigences relatives aux fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5.2.2.3 <strong>Fonction de r\u00e9armement manuel<\/strong>. <\/em><em>Le r\u00e9tablissement de la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par la r\u00e9initialisation du dispositif de protection annule l&rsquo;ordre d&rsquo;arr\u00eat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Si l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques l&rsquo;indique, cette annulation de la commande d&rsquo;arr\u00eat doit \u00eatre confirm\u00e9e par une action manuelle distincte et d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e (r\u00e9armement manuel).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques<\/strong> peut indiquer que la r\u00e9initialisation est une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;il existe un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/fr\/approfondissement\/la-securite-des-machines\/espace-protege\/\">espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/a> pr\u00e9sentant un risque d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ensemble du corps.<br \/>\n<strong>Une zone robotis\u00e9e prot\u00e9g\u00e9e est un cas typique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Depuis sa position \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de la zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, il est parfaitement visible que personne ne se trouve \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>Il est utilis\u00e9 comme fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le risque qu&rsquo;une personne soit bloqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la zone peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit par d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes : par exemple, par l&rsquo;utilisation de cl\u00e9s personnelles que l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur doit garder sur lui.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9armement de la zone de travail d&rsquo;<strong>une machine-outil<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire, car il n&rsquo;y a pas de risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre coinc\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. Si le fabricant d\u00e9cide n\u00e9anmoins de l&rsquo;installer, elle peut \u00eatre trait\u00e9e comme une fonction de commande normale, et le signal achemin\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;automate. Dans ce cas, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n r\u00e9initialisation des dispositifs de protection est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une partie du syst\u00e8me de <strong>commande li\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, parce que sa fonction contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque qu\u2019une personne reste non <strong>d\u00e9tect\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une zone dangereuse<\/strong>, il est important de souligner que, lorsqu\u2019un op\u00e9rateur active cette fonction, il <strong>doit v\u00e9rifier qu\u2019aucune personne ne se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des situations r\u00e9elles se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 produites dans lesquelles une personne se trouvait encore \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une zone dangereuse tandis qu\u2019un coll\u00e8gue a ferm\u00e9 le portail d\u2019acc\u00e8s et red\u00e9marr\u00e9 la machine. Dans les quelques cas qui nous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9s, aucun accident ne s\u2019est produit, mais de tels \u00ab <strong>quasi-accidents<\/strong> \u00bb (near-miss) peuvent facilement conduire \u00e0 <strong>des accidents graves.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour cette raison, le manuel d\u2019instructions devrait clairement mettre en \u00e9vidence ce risque et informer tout op\u00e9rateur travaillant sur la ligne de production que, <strong>avant de r\u00e9initialiser une barri\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (AOPD)<\/strong>, par exemple, il doit s\u2019assurer que personne ne se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de renforcer cette exigence de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, nous recommandons de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/cartelli-per-la-sicurezza\/cartelli-iso-7010-obbligo\/e-pbbligatorio-verificare-l-assenza-di-personale\/\">placer une \u00e9tiquette d\u2019avertissement<\/a> \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chaque bouton de r\u00e9initialisation (<strong>Reset<\/strong>) lorsqu\u2019il remplit une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Consid\u00e9ration 3    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le <strong>bouton-poussoir utilis\u00e9 pour la fonction de r\u00e9initialisation<\/strong> ne dispose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019aucune donn\u00e9e de fiabilit\u00e9, il est important de r\u00e9duire au minimum le risque de dysfonctionnement. Pour cette raison, en particulier lorsque la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9initialis\u00e9e revendique un niveau de performance (PL) d ou PL e, il est essentiel que le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9tecte un changement d\u2019\u00e9tat du bouton de r\u00e9initialisation, soit de ouvert \u00e0 ferm\u00e9, soit, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, de ferm\u00e9 \u00e0 ouvert.<\/p>\n<p>Cette exigence garantit que la commande de r\u00e9initialisation est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par une action d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur et contribue \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir des d\u00e9fauts tels qu\u2019un bouton maintenu en permanence actionn\u00e9 ou court-circuit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une exigence de ce type est incluse dans l\u2019\u00e9dition 2026 de la norme IEC 62046, qui souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9tecter un changement d\u2019\u00e9tat pour les dispositifs de r\u00e9initialisation manuelle utilis\u00e9s dans des fonctions de commande li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[IEC 62046:2026] <strong>6.2.4 Verrouillage de red\u00e9marrage (Restart interlock)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\n[\u2026] La r\u00e9initialisation d\u2019un verrouillage de red\u00e9marrage d\u2019une application SPE constitue toujours une fonction li\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
