Ils sont class\u00e9s par classe de d\u00e9clenchement. La classe de d\u00e9clenchement sp\u00e9cifie le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour que le relais s&rsquo;ouvre en cas de surcharge.<\/p>\n<p>En Europe, la forme des courbes de d\u00e9clenchement des relais de surcharge est d\u00e9finie par les normes ANSI ou IEEE. En voici quelques exemples : ANSI Extr\u00eamement invers\u00e9, Tr\u00e8s invers\u00e9, Invers\u00e9, Invers\u00e9 \u00e0 court terme ; ou IEEE Mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment invers\u00e9, Tr\u00e8s invers\u00e9 et Extr\u00eamement invers\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, la norme MG-1 de la NEMA d\u00e9finit 4 types de classes, les plus courantes : 5, 10, 20 et 30.
