Ces types de composants sont obligatoires pour la cat\u00e9gorie 1 (ISO 13849-1) et dans les <strong>architectures de sous-syst\u00e8mes de base A et B<\/strong> (IEC 62061). Dans toutes les autres cat\u00e9gories et architectures, des composants non \u00e9prouv\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;ils disposent de <strong>donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Des composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s<\/strong> sont n\u00e9cessaires dans ces cas, car le <strong>syst\u00e8me de commande relatif \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne comporte qu&rsquo;une seule voie et aucun diagnostic.<\/strong> Voici la d\u00e9finition.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>[ISO 13849-1] 3.1 Termes et d\u00e9finitions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3.1.50 composant \u00e9prouv\u00e9<\/em> :<\/strong>\u00a0<em>composant utilis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s dans des applications li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un composant ayant fait ses preuves dans des applications li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est un composant qui doit \u00eatre<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soit largement utilis\u00e9 dans le <strong>pass\u00e9 avec des r\u00e9sultats fructueux document\u00e9s<\/strong> dans des applications similaires. Cet aspect ouvre la porte au concept \u00ab\u00a0proven in use\u00a0\u00bb de la IEC 61508-2.<\/li>\n<li>Soit r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 dans les <strong>annexes informatives A \u00e0 D de la norme ISO 13849-2:2012<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fabriqu\u00e9, v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 selon des principes qui <strong>d\u00e9montrent son ad\u00e9quation et sa fiabilit\u00e9 pour des applications li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> conform\u00e9ment aux normes de produit et d&rsquo;application pertinentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une ligne directrice essentielle reste qu&rsquo;un composant particulier ne peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00e9prouv\u00e9 que s&rsquo;il est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;application sp\u00e9cifique, en tenant compte par exemple <strong>des influences environnementales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>interrupteur \u00e0 actionnement en mode positif<\/strong> est un composant \u00e9prouv\u00e9 s&rsquo;il est conforme \u00e0 la norme<strong> IEC 60947-5-1, annexe K<\/strong>. Cela signifie que si un fabricant a un nouvel interrupteur dans sa gamme de produits et qu&rsquo;il est conforme \u00e0 la norme susmentionn\u00e9e, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un composant \u00e9prouv\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la premi\u00e8re unit\u00e9 produite. Toutefois, si un fabricant dispose d&rsquo;un <strong>nouveau composant dont la cat\u00e9gorie n&rsquo;est pas mentionn\u00e9e dans les annexes de la norme ISO 13849-2<\/strong> et qu&rsquo;il souhaite \u00eatre d\u00e9fini comme ayant fait ses preuves, il doit d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;utiliser \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;elles ouvrent la porte au concept <strong><em>Proven in Use<\/em><\/strong>, les deux normes indiquent clairement que les <strong>composants \u00e9lectroniques complexes<\/strong> (par exemple, automate programmable, microprocesseur, circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 une application) <strong>ne peuvent pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9quivalents \u00e0 la notion de \u00ab\u00a0bien \u00e9prouv\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Pour toutes les raisons susmentionn\u00e9es, le concept de composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s n&rsquo;est pas le m\u00eame que celui d&rsquo;utilisation \u00e9prouv\u00e9e selon la norme IEC 61508 ou d&rsquo;utilisation pr\u00e9alable selon la norme IEC 61511-1.<\/p>\n<p>Certains fabricants d&rsquo;API proposent des modules num\u00e9riques d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et de sortie avec des donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9, mais uniquement s&rsquo;ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans une<strong> configuration redondante (1oo2).<\/strong> La raison en est que dans une configuration unique,<strong> il s&rsquo;agirait d&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 1oo1<\/strong> ou d&rsquo;un sous-syst\u00e8me de base <strong>architecture A<\/strong> selon la <strong>IEC 62061<\/strong>. Dans ce cas, seuls des composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s : l\u00e0 encore, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique complexe ne peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00e9prouv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Voici des exemples de composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les contacteurs de puissance<\/strong> construits conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme IEC 609474-1<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contacteurs auxiliaires<\/strong> construits conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme EN 50205 ou \u00e0 la IEC 609475-1 et \u00e0 la IEC 60947-4-1:2001, annexe F<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relais<\/strong> mais seulement construits en conformit\u00e9 avec la IEC 618103<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pressostat<\/strong> construit en conformit\u00e9 avec la IEC 609475-1 pour la partie \u00e9lectrique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSION :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de composants \u00e9prouv\u00e9s est obligatoire dans les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 voie unique sans diagnostic.
