C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des premi\u00e8res affirmations que l&rsquo;on entend de la part des personnes travaillant dans le domaine de la robotique collaborative. La raison en est que le robot peut \u00eatre con\u00e7u pour une t\u00e2che collaborative, mais c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;application qui rend le \u00ab\u00a0robot collaboratif\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les applications collaboratives est la suivante :<\/p>\n<p>ISO\/TS 15066:2016 &#8211; ROBOTS ET DISPOSITIFS ROBOTIQUES &#8211; ROBOTS COLLABORATIFS<\/p>\n<p>Outre son titre malheureux, la norme sera incluse dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de deux normes importantes sur les robots :<\/p>\n<p><strong>ISO 10218-1 :<\/strong> Robotique &#8211; Exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les syst\u00e8mes robotis\u00e9s dans un environnement industriel &#8211; Robots<br \/>\n<strong>ISO 10218-2 :<\/strong> Robotique &#8211; Exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les syst\u00e8mes robotis\u00e9s dans un environnement industriel &#8211; Syst\u00e8mes robotis\u00e9s et int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2021, les deux normes \u00e9taient au stade DIS. Elles int\u00e8grent d\u00e9sormais pleinement les exigences relatives aux applications collaboratives. Par exemple, dans la norme ISO 10218-1 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[ISO 10218-1] 3.1.1.6 <strong>Application collaborative<\/strong>. Applications qui mettent en \u0153uvre une ou plusieurs t\u00e2che(s) collaborative(s).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>[ISO 10218-1] 3.1.1.7 <strong>T\u00e2che collaborative<\/strong>. Partie de la s\u00e9quence du robot o\u00f9 l&rsquo;application du robot et le(s) op\u00e9rateur(s) se trouvent dans le m\u00eame espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il existe quatre fonctions importantes qu&rsquo;un robot doit poss\u00e9der pour \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 aux applications collaboratives :<\/p>\n<p>1- Arr\u00eat contr\u00f4l\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>2- Commandes manuelles (<strong>HGC<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>3- Surveillance de la vitesse et de la s\u00e9paration (<strong>SSM<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>4- Limitation de la puissance et de la force (<strong>PFL<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    Surveillance-arr\u00eat    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Elle exige qu&rsquo;un logiciel ou un dispositif mette en pause le fonctionnement du robot lorsque le travailleur se rapproche du robot afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter tout mouvement dangereux. Dans la nouvelle \u00e9dition de l&rsquo;ISO 10218-1, cette fonction sera appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat surveill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[ISO 10218-1] 3.1.8.4 <strong>arr\u00eat surveill\u00e9<\/strong>. Fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui surveille la position apr\u00e8s un arr\u00eat alors que la puissance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement est active.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>NOTE 1<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e : Dans l&rsquo;ISO 10218-2:2011, \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat surveill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tait appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat surveill\u00e9 cot\u00e9 commandes de mouvement.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me robotique doit pr\u00e9senter les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>\u23af Fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 vitesse contr\u00f4l\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u23af Arr\u00eat de protection de cat\u00e9gorie 2 (IEC 60204-1)<br \/>\n\u23af Fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;arr\u00eat surveill\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9valuation des risques doit s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en sp\u00e9cifiant la distance de protection minimale entre un robot et un op\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Les applications collaboratives utilisant la SSM peuvent faire appel \u00e0 une SPE qui d\u00e9tecte l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans un espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 ou qui surveille la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une personne.<br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;un dispositif de d\u00e9tection de pr\u00e9sence, tel qu&rsquo;un scanner laser ou un radar de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9finir les zones de d\u00e9tection, la taille et l&#8217;emplacement des zones de d\u00e9tection doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9finis de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la distance de s\u00e9paration soit maintenue, m\u00eame pendant les transitions entre les zones de d\u00e9tection.
