\u00ab\u00a0S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines &#8211; \u00c9quipement \u00e9lectrique des machines &#8211; Partie 1 : Exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em><\/p>\n<p>il existe trois cat\u00e9gories de fonctions d&rsquo;arr\u00eat :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;arr\u00eat 0<\/strong> : arr\u00eat par coupure imm\u00e9diate de l&rsquo;alimentation des actionneurs de la machine (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un arr\u00eat non contr\u00f4l\u00e9) ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;arr\u00eat 1<\/strong> : arr\u00eat contr\u00f4l\u00e9 avec alimentation des actionneurs de la machine pour obtenir l&rsquo;arr\u00eat, puis coupure de l&rsquo;alimentation lorsque l&rsquo;arr\u00eat est obtenu ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;arr\u00eat 2<\/strong> : arr\u00eat contr\u00f4l\u00e9 avec maintien de la puissance disponible pour les actionneurs de la machine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces trois cat\u00e9gories sont tir\u00e9es de normes sp\u00e9cifiques telles que l&rsquo;<strong>ISO 13850<\/strong> et la <strong>IEC 61800-5-2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div 13850<\/strong> relative aux fonctions d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence stipule que seules les cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;arr\u00eat 0 et 1 peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour une fonction d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence de <strong>cat\u00e9gorie 0<\/strong> (non contr\u00f4l\u00e9) : l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;organe dangereux se produit par la coupure imm\u00e9diate de l&rsquo;alimentation de l&rsquo;actionneur de la machine ; &#8211; l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;organe dangereux se produit par la d\u00e9connexion m\u00e9canique entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dangereux et leur actionneur de machine et, si n\u00e9cessaire, par la rupture.<\/li>\n<li>Dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence de la <strong>cat\u00e9gorie 1<\/strong> (contr\u00f4l\u00e9s) : &#8211; l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;organe dangereux s&rsquo;effectue en alimentant l&rsquo;actionneur de la machine susceptible de r\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;arr\u00eat, puis en supprimant l&rsquo;alimentation lorsque l&rsquo;arr\u00eat est r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le choix de la cat\u00e9gorie de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence d\u00e9pend des r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>Les machines comportant des organes mobiles sans inertie et dont l&rsquo;arr\u00eat n&rsquo;entra\u00eene pas de risques suppl\u00e9mentaires n\u00e9cessitent un arr\u00eat de cat\u00e9gorie 0.<\/p>\n<p>Les machines comportant des organes dangereux avec inertie ou n\u00e9cessitant d&rsquo;autres syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessitent un arr\u00eat de cat\u00e9gorie 1<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div norme<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>EN 61800-5-2<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 vitesse variable &#8211; Partie 5-2 : Exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 &#8211; Fonctionnelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9finit quelques exemples de fonctions d&rsquo;arr\u00eat s\u00e9curis\u00e9, notamment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Safe Torque Off (STO)<\/strong> : Cette fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<strong> correspond \u00e0 un arr\u00eat de<\/strong> <strong>cat\u00e9gorie 0<\/strong> (arr\u00eat non contr\u00f4l\u00e9) conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme IEC 60204-1. L&rsquo;alimentation du moteur est coup\u00e9e en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de sorte qu&rsquo;aucun mouvement n&rsquo;est possible. Il est possible de distinguer les arr\u00eats de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 suivants 1 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SS1 &#8211; d (d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e)<\/strong> : d\u00e9clenche et contr\u00f4le le taux de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration du moteur dans les limites fix\u00e9es pour arr\u00eater le moteur et d\u00e9clenche la fonction STO lorsque la vitesse du moteur est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une limite sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>SS1 &#8211; r (rampe contr\u00f4l\u00e9e)<\/strong> : d\u00e9clenche et contr\u00f4le le taux de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration du moteur dans les limites fix\u00e9es pour arr\u00eater le moteur et d\u00e9clenche la fonction STO lorsque la vitesse du moteur est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une limite sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SS1 &#8211; t (temps contr\u00f4l\u00e9)<\/strong> : d\u00e9clenche la d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration du moteur et lance la fonction STO apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9lai Lors d&rsquo;un arr\u00eat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le moteur est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 une position sp\u00e9cifique et y est maintenu par le variateur. Le couple complet est disponible pour maintenir l&rsquo;outil en position. L&rsquo;arr\u00eat est surveill\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par le variateur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En conclusion :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lorsqu&rsquo;un arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence de <strong>cat\u00e9gorie 0<\/strong> est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, l&rsquo;alimentation du moteur est imm\u00e9diatement interrompue. Un arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence de cat\u00e9gorie 0 est \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 la fonction STO (Safe Torque Off), telle que d\u00e9finie dans la norme EN 61800-5-2.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu&rsquo;un arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence de <strong>cat\u00e9gorie 1<\/strong> est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, la machine est arr\u00eat\u00e9e par une d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de la vitesse, puis l&rsquo;alimentation est interrompue.
