utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler des moteurs asynchrones est souvent source de confusion : levons les doutes !<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA QUESTION :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un dispositif de protection \u00e0 courant diff\u00e9rentiel r\u00e9siduelde type B, est-il obligatoire lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de variateurs de vitesse ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIDERATIONS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de dispositif de protection \u00e0 courant diff\u00e9rentiel r\u00e9siduel (DDR):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les disjoncteurs diff\u00e9rentiels de <strong>type AC<\/strong> : ils d\u00e9tectent les courants alternatifs sinuso\u00efdaux r\u00e9siduels. Les DDR de type AC conviennent \u00e0 un usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et couvrent la plupart des applications dans la pratique.<\/li>\n<li>Les DDR de <strong>type A<\/strong> : en plus des caract\u00e9ristiques de d\u00e9tection du type AC, ils peuvent d\u00e9tecter des courants r\u00e9siduels continus puls\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>RCD de <strong>type B<\/strong> : en plus des caract\u00e9ristiques de d\u00e9tection du type A, ils peuvent d\u00e9tecter un courant r\u00e9siduel CC pur, qui peut provenir d&rsquo;un d\u00e9faut \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un entra\u00eenement \u00e0 vitesse variable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les variateurs de vitesse ont une norme de produit : EN 61800-5-1 : Syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 vitesse variable &#8211; Partie 5-1 : Exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 &#8211; \u00c9lectrique, thermique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>Ci-apr\u00e8s, ce que la norme sp\u00e9cifie concernant l&rsquo;utilisation obligatoire d&rsquo;un dispositif \u00e0 courant diff\u00e9rentiel r\u00e9siduel de type B.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[EN 61800-5-1 : 2022] <strong>6.3.9.5 Compatibilit\u00e9 avec les dispositif de protection \u00e0 courant diff\u00e9rentiel r\u00e9siduel (DDR)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;] <em>L\u2019avertissement doit \u00eatre le suivant ou un \u00e9quivalent:\u00a0\u00ab Ce produit peut provoquer un courant continu dans le conducteur PE. Lorsqu\u2019un dispositif de protection \u00e0 courant diff\u00e9rentiel<br \/>\nr\u00e9siduel est utilis\u00e9 pour la protection contre les chocs \u00e9lectriques, seul un DDR de type B est autoris\u00e9 c\u00f4t\u00e9 alimentation de ce produit. Tous les DDR en amont, jusqu\u2019au transformateur d\u2019alimentation, doivent \u00eatre de type B. \u00bb [&#8230;]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le mot important dans la formulation ci-dessus est \u00ab\u00a0<em>Lorsqu\u2019un<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. La norme nous dit que si, pour prot\u00e9ger une machine ou une partie de celle-ci contre les contacts indirects, le fabricant doit faire appel \u00e0 un DDR, celui-ci doit \u00eatre de type B. Quand devons-nous faire appel \u00e0 un DDR pour les contacts indirects ?<\/p>\n<p>1. Dans les syst\u00e8mes TN lorsque le Disjoncteur ou le Protecteur Moteur n&rsquo;est pas en mesure d&rsquo;interrompre <strong>le courant de d\u00e9faut<\/strong> dans les d\u00e9lais indiqu\u00e9s par la norme IEC 60204-1 (0,4 s ou 5 s selon les cas)..<\/p>\n<p>2.
