La machine peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un protecteur fixe pour la prot\u00e9ger d&rsquo;un mouvement m\u00e9canique dangereux : vous devez voir la machine sans ce protecteur et, par exemple, vous poser la question suivante : \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence ce protecteur doit-il \u00eatre ouvert ? Si c&rsquo;est une fois par jour, ce protecteur n&rsquo;est pas correct, car il faut installer un protecteur \u00e0 interverrouillage.<\/p>\n<p>Sans cette approche, vous n&rsquo;auriez pas \u00e9valu\u00e9 le risque de ce mouvement m\u00e9canique sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cela est clairement indiqu\u00e9 dans une note d&rsquo;information :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[B11.0 : 2020] 6.3 Identifier les t\u00e2ches et les dangers<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les t\u00e2ches raisonnablement pr\u00e9visibles et les dangers associ\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre identifi\u00e9s pour les phases applicables du cycle de vie de la machine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note informative 3 :<\/strong> Le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques comprend l&rsquo;identification des dangers, ind\u00e9pendamment de l&rsquo;existence de mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques. La machine ne doit pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme inoffensive lorsqu&rsquo;elle est exp\u00e9di\u00e9e et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. Pour v\u00e9rifier que tous les dangers sont pris en compte, il convient de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;identification des dangers en supprimant toutes les mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques (y compris les contr\u00f4les techniques et la formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e). Cela permet de confirmer que les dangers ne sont pas ignor\u00e9s parce que l&rsquo;on suppose que les mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques fournies sont ad\u00e9quates pour toutes les t\u00e2ches, y compris les utilisations abusives raisonnablement pr\u00e9visibles. Les mesures de r\u00e9duction des risques existantes qui permettent d&rsquo;atteindre un risque acceptable peuvent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9es apr\u00e8s \u00e9valuation de leur performance. Cette d\u00e9cision sera confirm\u00e9e au cours de la partie validation\/v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques (voir 6.8). Si une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te des risques est fournie avec la machine, elle peut servir de point de d\u00e9part \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques par l&rsquo;utilisateur.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans la norme ISO 12100, la formulation suivante vous invite \u00e0 utiliser la m\u00eame approche.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[ISO 12100 : 2010] 5.4 Identification des dangers<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9termination des limites de la machine, l&rsquo;\u00e9tape essentielle de toute \u00e9valuation des risques de la machine est <strong>l&rsquo;identification syst\u00e9matique des dangers raisonnablement pr\u00e9visibles<\/strong> (dangers permanents et ceux qui peuvent appara\u00eetre de mani\u00e8re inattendue), des situations dangereuses et\/ou des \u00e9v\u00e9nements dangereux pendant toutes les phases du cycle de vie de la machine, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire : [&#8230;]<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ce n&rsquo;est que lorsque les dangers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s que des mesures peuvent \u00eatre prises pour les \u00e9liminer ou pour r\u00e9duire les risques. Pour r\u00e9aliser cette identification des dangers, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;identifier les op\u00e9rations \u00e0 effectuer par la machine et les t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir par les personnes qui interagissent avec elle, en tenant compte des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments, m\u00e9canismes ou fonctions de la machine, des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 traiter, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, et de l&rsquo;environnement dans lequel la machine peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la norme ISO 12100 date de 2010, ce qui peut sembler assez r\u00e9cent. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le texte est <strong>le m\u00eame que celui de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2003<\/strong> ! N&rsquo;oubliez pas qu&rsquo;en 2010, les normes ISO 12100-1, ISO 12100-2 et ISO 14121-1 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 regroup\u00e9es en une seule norme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9valuation et r\u00e9duction des risques\u00a0\u00bb, sans qu&rsquo;aucun changement significatif n&rsquo;ait \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9 au langage des trois normes.<\/p>\n<p>La norme ISO 12100 a donc environ <strong>20 ans<\/strong> et a besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre rafra\u00eechie. Le probl\u00e8me est qu&rsquo;elle est mentionn\u00e9e dans tant de normes qu&rsquo;une nouvelle \u00e9dition aurait un impact significatif sur chacune d&rsquo;entre elles.
