Les exemples de chariots de manutention sans conducteur (chariots de la norme ISO 5053-1) peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre connus sous le nom de : \u00ab\u00a0v\u00e9hicule guid\u00e9 automatis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0robot mobile autonome\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0bots\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0chariot guid\u00e9 automatis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0remorqueur de tunnel\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0sous chariot\u00a0\u00bb, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La norme n&rsquo;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 harmonis\u00e9e avec la directive Machines, en raison de certains aspects de son analyse des risques qui contrastent avec d&rsquo;autres normes d\u00e9j\u00e0 harmonis\u00e9es. Contrairement \u00e0 certaines normes harmonis\u00e9es, la norme ISO 3691-4 accepte des limites de vitesse tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es et propose le bouton-poussoir d&rsquo;urgence comme mesure de r\u00e9duction des risques.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;annexe A \u00e9tablit les exigences minimales pour la pr\u00e9paration des zones afin que le(s) camion(s) puisse(nt) fonctionner en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Voici les zones et les principales prescriptions :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZONE D&rsquo;OP\u00c9RATION : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zone d\u00e9finie dans laquelle un camion op\u00e8re, avec un espace libre minimum de 0,5 m de large pour une hauteur de 2,1 m de part et d&rsquo;autre du chemin. Cette distance est mesur\u00e9e entre le chemin et les structures fixes adjacentes le long du chemin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZONE DE DANGER OP\u00c9RATIONNEL :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zone de la zone d&rsquo;exploitation dans laquelle une personne peut \u00eatre expos\u00e9e \u00e0 un danger. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une zone de d\u00e9gagement inad\u00e9quate ou d&rsquo;une zone qui ne peut \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par une d\u00e9tection du personnel. Dans cette zone de danger, la vitesse du chariot doit \u00eatre conforme aux tableaux A.1 et A.2 et le chariot doit \u00e9mettre des avertissements acoustiques et\/ou optiques suppl\u00e9mentaires. Si l&rsquo;espace libre est insuffisant et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe pas de voie d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation pour les pi\u00e9tons d&rsquo;au moins 0,5 m de large et 2,1 m de haut, les moyens de d\u00e9tection de personnes doivent \u00eatre activ\u00e9s pour assurer la d\u00e9tection des personnes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 180 mm entre le bord des champs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ESPE et les objets environnants, afin de v\u00e9rifier que cette zone est exempte de personnes. Si la fonction de d\u00e9tection des personnes ne peut \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre, un dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence ou un dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 \u00e0 moins de 600 mm du point dangereux sur le chariot (par exemple, point de contact sur ou avec le chariot ou cause de pi\u00e9geage) ou sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZONE RESTREINTE : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Espace physiquement s\u00e9par\u00e9 dans lequel seules les personnes autoris\u00e9es peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une zone dont le d\u00e9gagement est insuffisant et qui ne peut \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par des moyens de d\u00e9tection du personnel. Dans la zone r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, la vitesse du camion doit \u00eatre conforme aux tableaux A.1 et A.2 et le camion doit \u00e9mettre des avertissements sonores et\/ou optiques suppl\u00e9mentaires. Lorsque la vitesse du chariot est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,2 m\/s, la plupart des exigences relatives \u00e0 la zone confin\u00e9e sont applicables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZONE CONFIN\u00c9E : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Espace d&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;un camion dans lequel la r\u00e9duction des risques est assur\u00e9e par la protection du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une zone o\u00f9 les moyens de d\u00e9tection du personnel peuvent \u00eatre omis et o\u00f9 toute vitesse est autoris\u00e9e.
