pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e d&rsquo;une machine sous le contr\u00f4le d&rsquo;un dispositif sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La norme ISO 11161 pr\u00e9cise quels types de dispositifs doivent \u00eatre dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;<strong>un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;action<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[ISO 11161 : 2007] 8.2.2 Dispositifs ayant un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;action (Span of Control)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Chacun des dispositifs suivants doit avoir une plage de contr\u00f4le d\u00e9finie :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>arr\u00eats d&rsquo;urgence<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Dispositifs d&rsquo;habilitation<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Verrouillages de portes<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Dispositifs de d\u00e9tection de pr\u00e9sence<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Moyens de d\u00e9connexion<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Mode de contr\u00f4le local<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>L&rsquo;un des dispositifs peut avoir une port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le combin\u00e9e avec les port\u00e9es de contr\u00f4le des autres dispositifs (par exemple, un dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence peut avoir une port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le qui inclut la port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le de deux interverrouillages).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9dition de la norme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de fabrication int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, l&rsquo;accent \u00e9tait mis sur les arr\u00eats d&rsquo;urgence, avec des lignes directrices sur la mani\u00e8re de les mettre en \u0153uvre correctement.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[ISO 11161 : 2007] 8.11 Arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Tous les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence du SSI doivent avoir la m\u00eame port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le ou des port\u00e9es de contr\u00f4le clairement identifi\u00e9es.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Tous les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence d&rsquo;une zone de travail doivent avoir la m\u00eame port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le. La port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le peut comprendre plusieurs zones.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ainsi<strong>, une machine doit \u00eatre couverte par une seule plage de contr\u00f4le,<\/strong> mais il est toujours possible de d\u00e9finir plusieurs plages de contr\u00f4le associ\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes fonctions d&rsquo;urgence. Ce concept est \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9 dans la norme EN 13850 concernant les dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[EN 13850 : 2015] 4.1.2 P\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de contr\u00f4le du ou des dispositifs d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de contr\u00f4le de chaque dispositif d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence doit couvrir l&rsquo;ensemble de la machine. Exceptionnellement, une port\u00e9e de commande unique peut ne pas \u00eatre appropri\u00e9e lorsque, par exemple, l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de toutes les machines li\u00e9es peut cr\u00e9er des risques suppl\u00e9mentaires ou affecter inutilement la production.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme ISO 11161 accorde une plus grande attention aux diff\u00e9rents types de dispositifs et <strong>au caract\u00e8re distinct de chaque p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l&rsquo;identification du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de contr\u00f4le devient obligatoire pour les dispositifs \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9armement manuel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[ISO 11161 : 202x] 7.12.5 R\u00e9armement manuel<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, la port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 doit exiger une r\u00e9initialisation manuelle avant qu&rsquo;une ou des situations dangereuses puissent se produire (voir \u00e9galement la IEC 60204-1 pour des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les dispositifs de r\u00e9initialisation manuelle).<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Le r\u00e9armement manuel de la SRP\/CS ne doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une fois que l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le du dispositif de r\u00e9armement est vide de toute personne et de tout \u00e9quipement de soutien \u00e9tranger.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Tout emplacement accessible dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de contr\u00f4le du dispositif de r\u00e9enclenchement manuel doit \u00eatre visible depuis l&#8217;emplacement du dispositif de r\u00e9enclenchement manuel.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le r\u00e9armement manuel ne doit pas d\u00e9clencher lui-m\u00eame de conditions dangereuses. L&rsquo;actionneur de r\u00e9armement doit \u00eatre situ\u00e9 en dehors de la zone dangereuse et ne doit \u00eatre actionn\u00e9 que depuis l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de la zone de protection, dans des conditions de visibilit\u00e9 totale de la zone dangereuse.
