Lorsque vous entendez parler des routes 1H et 2H, vous vous trouvez probablement dans le domaine des syst\u00e8mes instrument\u00e9s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible demande et la norme principale est la IEC 61511. Cependant, la d\u00e9finition se trouve dans la IEC 61508-2.<\/p>\n<p>Vous savez que pour utiliser un composant dans un syst\u00e8me instrument\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, des donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9 sont n\u00e9cessaires, mais cela ne suffit pas ! C&rsquo;est la m\u00e9thode d\u00e9finie depuis la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la s\u00e9rie IEC 61508 pour guider \u00e0 la fois le fabricant de composants et le concepteur de processus dans la d\u00e9finition des composants et des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : la m\u00e9thode a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finie Route 1H. de d\u00e9faillance s\u00fbre obtenue et la tol\u00e9rance de d\u00e9faillance mat\u00e9rielle de 0 pour d\u00e9terminer le niveau maximal d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui peut \u00eatre revendiqu\u00e9 dans la colonne 2 du tableau 1 (identique au tableau 2 de la IEC 61502-2) pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de type A ; dans le cas des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de type B, il convient d&rsquo;utiliser le tableau 2 (identique au tableau 3 de la IEC 61502-2).<\/li>\n<li>Le niveau maximal d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui peut \u00eatre revendiqu\u00e9 pour un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 E\/E\/PE est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le sous-syst\u00e8me qui a atteint le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 le plus 2H<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le concept de <strong>Route 2<sub>H<\/sub><\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2010 de la IEC 61508<\/strong>. Son utilisation est li\u00e9e au concept de \u00ab\u00a0Proven in Use\u00a0\u00bb (IEC 61508) ou \u00ab\u00a0Prior Use\u00a0\u00bb (IEC 61511-1).<\/p>\n<p>En principe, il est possible d&rsquo;atteindre un niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 sans informations sur la SFF du composant, \u00e0 condition que les donn\u00e9es de terrain sur le taux de d\u00e9faillance soient \u00e0 la fois disponibles et fiables. Les sous-syst\u00e8mes con\u00e7us conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la IEC 61508 ou \u00e0 la IEC 62061 peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s mais doivent \u00eatre limit\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux con\u00e7us pour une demande \u00e9lev\u00e9e ou un mode continu qui utilisent la route 1H (voir IEC 61508-2:2010, 7.4.4.2). Les sous-syst\u00e8mes doivent \u00eatre combin\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment au point 6.2. La voie 1H est celle qui est recommand\u00e9e, en particulier si l&rsquo;on souhaite utiliser le composant dans un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mixte \u00e0 demande \u00e9lev\u00e9e\/faible.
