Tout d&rsquo;abord, de quoi parlons-nous ? Vous savez peut-\u00eatre que<strong> les composants ont besoin de donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9 pour pouvoir \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 instrument\u00e9<\/strong> (IEC 61511). La mani\u00e8re la plus utilis\u00e9e est ce que l&rsquo;on appelle la route 1H : elle implique qu&rsquo;un composant a besoin de la valeur des taux de d\u00e9faillance recommand\u00e9s par la s\u00e9rie IEC 61508 :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u03bb<sub>SD<\/sub> : taux de d\u00e9faillance d\u00e9tect\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>\u03bb<sub>SU<\/sub> : Taux de d\u00e9faillance s\u00fbre non d\u00e9tect\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>\u03bb<sub>DD<\/sub> : taux de d\u00e9faillance dangereuse d\u00e9tect\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>\u03bb<sub>DU<\/sub> : taux de d\u00e9faillance dangereuse non d\u00e9tect\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>\u03bb<sub>NE<\/sub> : taux de d\u00e9faillance sans effet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cependant, dans certaines situations, un composant ne dispose pas de ces donn\u00e9es, mais il a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 instrument\u00e9 pendant une longue p\u00e9riode, sans d\u00e9faillance. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement document\u00e9. En raison de cette situation, la norme IEC 61508 a ouvert la porte \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de ces composants (<strong>Proven In Use<\/strong>). La IEC 61511 a suivi la m\u00eame approche en d\u00e9finissant le concept de <strong>Prior Use Component<\/strong>. Voyons ce concept en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n<h3>PROVEN IN USE<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Proven in use<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb vient de l&rsquo;industrie des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, o\u00f9 un composant n&rsquo;a pas de donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9, mais est largement utilis\u00e9 dans cette application sp\u00e9cifique et le fabricant a rassembl\u00e9 les d\u00e9tails de ses d\u00e9faillances d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e. Voici la d\u00e9finition :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>[IEC 61508-4 : 2010] 3.8 Confirmation des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3.8.18<\/strong> <strong>Proven in use.<\/strong>. D\u00e9monstration, sur la base d&rsquo;une analyse de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience op\u00e9rationnelle pour une configuration sp\u00e9cifique d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment, que la probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques dangereuses est suffisamment faible pour que chaque fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui utilise l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment atteigne le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requis.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation \u00e9prouv\u00e9e est bas\u00e9e sur la base de<strong> conception du fabricant<\/strong> (par exemple, limite de temp\u00e9rature, limite de vibration, limite de corrosion, support de maintenance souhait\u00e9) pour son dispositif. Cette d\u00e9finition ne tient pas compte du fait que l&rsquo;utilisateur, dans son <strong>environnement de production<\/strong>, a la capacit\u00e9 de recueillir des donn\u00e9es sur la fiabilit\u00e9 de composants sp\u00e9cifiques. C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle la norme IEC 61511-1, dans son \u00e9dition 2015, a d\u00e9fini les composants \u00ab\u00a0Prior Use\u00a0\u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agit de la performance install\u00e9e d&rsquo;un dispositif, dans le cadre d&rsquo;une application du secteur de la transformation, dans un environnement op\u00e9rationnel sp\u00e9cifique, qui est souvent diff\u00e9rent de la base de conception du fabricant.<\/p>\n<h3>PRIOR USE<\/h3>\n<p>Le concept a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit dans <strong>la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la IEC 61511-1<\/strong>, pour permettre \u00e0 un propri\u00e9taire de processus d&rsquo;utiliser des composants sans les taux de d\u00e9faillance appropri\u00e9s fournis par le fabricant du composant.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[IEC 61511-1] 3.2 Termes et d\u00e9finitions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3.2.51 Prior use<\/strong>. \u00c9valuation document\u00e9e par un utilisateur selon laquelle un dispositif est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une utilisation dans un SIS et peut satisfaire aux exigences d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 fonctionnelle et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requises, sur la base d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;exploitation ant\u00e9rieure dans des environnements d&rsquo;exploitation similaires.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9valuation de prior use implique la collecte d&rsquo;informations concernant les performances du dispositif dans un environnement op\u00e9rationnel<\/strong> <strong>similaire<\/strong>. Elle d\u00e9montre la fonctionnalit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du dispositif install\u00e9, y compris les interfaces de processus, le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre complet du dispositif, les communications et les utilitaires. L&rsquo;objectif principal de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de prior use est de recueillir des preuves que les <strong>d\u00e9faillances syst\u00e9matiques dangereuses<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites \u00e0 un niveau suffisamment bas par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requise. Les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation ant\u00e9rieure peuvent contribuer \u00e0 une base de donn\u00e9es pour le calcul des taux de d\u00e9faillance du mat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer les concepts de proven in use\u00a0 et de prior use, on peut dire que les crit\u00e8res de <strong>Proven In Use<\/strong> sont bas\u00e9s sur les donn\u00e9es <strong>d&rsquo;application renvoy\u00e9es au fabricant<\/strong>, tandis que <strong>Prior use <\/strong>concerne les performances des dispositifs install\u00e9s dans le cadre <strong>d&rsquo;une application utilisateur donn\u00e9e dans un environnement d&rsquo;exploitation sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong>. L&rsquo;expression \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Prior use<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifiquement pour le secteur des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, afin d&rsquo;inclure l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience op\u00e9rationnelle des appareils.
