d&#8217;emploi ou de travail (il peut s&rsquo;agir de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un r\u00e9servoir, d&rsquo;un silo, d&rsquo;une zone situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une machine, les abords d&rsquo;un pipeline) o\u00f9<strong> la pr\u00e9sence probable d&rsquo;une ATMOSPH\u00c8RE POTENTIELLEMENT EXPLOSIVE<\/strong> (air+gaz\/vapeurs ou air+poussi\u00e8res ou air+gaz\/vapeurs+poussi\u00e8res) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e et\/ou calcul\u00e9e (en appliquant des m\u00e9thodologies appropri\u00e9es et des normes reconnues).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les zones sont class\u00e9es comme suit :<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n atmosph\u00e8re explosive constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un m\u00e9lange d\u2019air et de substances inflammables sous forme de gaz, vapeur ou brouillard est pr\u00e9sente en continu, pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes ou fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"613\">Un exemple pratique de la zone 0 est les zones \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des conteneurs d\u2019essence ou d\u2019autres substances potentiellement explosives dans des zones de confinement. Dans ces zones, en raison de la pr\u00e9sence physique de la substance, il y a un pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 de vapeurs potentiellement inflammables et explosives.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"819\">\n<li data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"819\">\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"819\"><strong data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"628\">Zone 20<\/strong> : Un endroit dans lequel une atmosph\u00e8re explosive sous forme de nuage de poussi\u00e8res combustibles en suspension dans l\u2019air est pr\u00e9sente en continu, pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes ou fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"964\">Un exemple pratique de la zone 20 est les zones de stockage de poudres fines telles que les entrep\u00f4ts de farine, de sucre ou de sciure de bois.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<li data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1185\"><strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"978\">Zone 1<\/strong> : Un endroit dans lequel une atmosph\u00e8re explosive constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un m\u00e9lange d\u2019air et de substances inflammables sous forme de gaz, vapeur ou brouillard est susceptible de se produire en fonctionnement normal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1445\">Quelques exemples de la zone 1 sont les zones adjacentes aux canalisations des syst\u00e8mes de distribution de substances g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des vapeurs potentiellement inflammables et explosives, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans les zones confin\u00e9es, par exemple derri\u00e8re une cabine.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<li data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1657\"><strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1460\">Zone 21<\/strong> : Un endroit dans lequel une atmosph\u00e8re explosive sous forme de nuage de poussi\u00e8res combustibles en suspension dans l\u2019air est susceptible de se produire occasionnellement en fonctionnement normal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1919\">Quelques exemples de la zone 21 sont les zones adjacentes aux syst\u00e8mes de distribution ou de filtration de poussi\u00e8res, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des vapeurs potentiellement explosives et inflammables, qui, comme dans le cas des gaz, sont contenues dans des zones confin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2217\">\n<li data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2217\">\n<p data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"2217\"><strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1933\">Zone 2<\/strong> : Un endroit dans lequel une atmosph\u00e8re explosive constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un m\u00e9lange d\u2019air et de substances inflammables sous forme de gaz, vapeur ou brouillard n\u2019est pas susceptible de se produire en fonctionnement normal mais, si elle se produit, ne persistera que pendant une courte p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2370\">Des exemples de la zone 2 sont toutes les zones adjacentes aux syst\u00e8mes de transport de gaz potentiellement explosifs, dont la pr\u00e9sence est restreinte.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2616\">\n<li data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2616\">\n<p data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2616\"><strong data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2385\">Zone 22<\/strong> : Un endroit dans lequel une atmosph\u00e8re explosive sous forme de nuage de poussi\u00e8res combustibles n\u2019est pas susceptible de se produire en fonctionnement normal mais, si elle se produit, ne persistera que pendant une courte p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2788\">Comme pour les zones 2, les zones 22 sont toutes les zones adjacentes aux syst\u00e8mes de transport de poussi\u00e8res potentiellement explosives, dont la pr\u00e9sence est restreinte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2992\">Les installations \u00e9lectriques dans les zones 0-20 et 1-21 doivent \u00eatre inspect\u00e9es tous les deux ans. Les installations \u00e9lectriques dans les zones 2-22 NE sont PAS soumises \u00e0 des inspections p\u00e9riodiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    PROC\u00c9DURE G\u00c9N\u00c9RALE DE CLASSIFICATION    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La proc\u00e9dure g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour classer une zone ATEX et ainsi d\u00e9terminer sa dangerosit\u00e9 et le mat\u00e9riel ad\u00e9quat \u00e0 utiliser \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de celle-ci est la suivante :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>\u00c9tude des substances trait\u00e9es :<\/strong> caract\u00e9ristiques chimiques et physiques des substances, temp\u00e9ratures et pressions maximales auxquelles les substances se trouvent, comment elles sont utilis\u00e9es dans le processus de production, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>\u00c9tude environnementale :<\/strong> prise en compte des caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9om\u00e9triques locales, des caract\u00e9ristiques de ventilation des locaux et des machines, des temp\u00e9ratures et pressions ambiantes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong> Identification et analyse des sources d&rsquo;\u00e9mission :<\/strong> \u00e9tablir le degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9mission des sources.
