L&rsquo;ISO classe les plus de 800 normes techniques internationales harmonis\u00e9es avec la directive sur les machines en trois cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les normes de type A<\/strong> (normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de base), qui d\u00e9finissent les concepts de base, les principes de conception et les aspects g\u00e9n\u00e9raux applicables aux machines ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les normes de type B<\/strong> (normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9riques) qui traitent d&rsquo;un aspect de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;un type de protection pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur une large gamme de machines ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les normes de type C<\/strong> (normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines) qui traitent des exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour une machine ou un groupe de machines particulier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    NORME TYPE-A (ISO 12100)    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>La norme ISO 12100 sp\u00e9cifie <strong>la strat\u00e9gie de principe pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des machines<\/strong>. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques et la r\u00e9duction ad\u00e9quate des risques par une m\u00e9thode it\u00e9rative en trois \u00e9tapes sont les mesures imp\u00e9ratives pour concevoir une machine afin d&rsquo;atteindre un niveau de risque tol\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Pour mettre en \u0153uvre l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et la r\u00e9duction des risques, le concepteur doit prendre les mesures suivantes dans l&rsquo;ordre indiqu\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00e9terminer les limites de la machine, ce qui inclut l&rsquo;utilisation pr\u00e9vue et tout mauvais usage raisonnablement pr\u00e9visible ;<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les dangers et les situations dangereuses associ\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Estimer le risque pour chaque danger et situation dangereuse identifi\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluer le risque et d\u00e9cider si une r\u00e9duction du risque est n\u00e9cessaire ou non ;<\/li>\n<li>Eliminer le danger ou r\u00e9duire le risque associ\u00e9 au danger au moyen de mesures de protection\/r\u00e9duction du risque.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les actions 1) \u00e0 4) sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques et l&rsquo;action 5) \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des risques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques<\/strong> est une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;\u00e9tapes logiques permettant, de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique, l&rsquo;identification des dangers ainsi que l&rsquo;estimation et l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques associ\u00e9s aux machines. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques permet de d\u00e9terminer les dangers n\u00e9cessitant une r\u00e9duction des risques. L&rsquo;it\u00e9ration du processus d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9liminer les nouveaux dangers dans la mesure du possible ou pour r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate les risques associ\u00e9s par la mise en \u0153uvre de mesures de protection\/r\u00e9duction des risques afin d&rsquo;atteindre un risque tol\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les mesures de protection\/r\u00e9duction des risques<\/strong> sont la combinaison des mesures mises en \u0153uvre par le concepteur et l&rsquo;utilisateur. Les mesures qui peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au stade de la conception sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables \u00e0 celles mises en \u0153uvre par l&rsquo;utilisateur et s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus efficaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    NORME DE TYPE-B    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Selon la norme ISO 12100, les normes de type B traitent soit d&rsquo;un <strong>aspect de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> (norme de type B1), soit d&rsquo;un <strong>type de protection<\/strong> pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur une large gamme de machines (norme de type B2). Les normes de type B sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 soutenir la strat\u00e9gie de principe de la norme ISO 12100 pour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si un danger existe, par exemple, ISO 13857 ; et<\/li>\n<li>Fournir des informations\/mesures concr\u00e8tes pour r\u00e9duire les risques, par exemple, ISO 14120.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les normes de type B1<\/strong> traitent d&rsquo;aspects particuliers de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (par exemple, les distances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la temp\u00e9rature de surface, le bruit) et d\u00e9finissent, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de donn\u00e9es et\/ou d&rsquo;une m\u00e9thodologie, la mani\u00e8re dont ces aspects peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s. Les normes de type B1 peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es directement par le concepteur\/fabricant ou par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans les normes de type C, y compris, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les moyens de v\u00e9rification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les normes de type B2<\/strong> d\u00e9finissent les exigences de performance pour la conception et la construction de dispositifs de protection particuliers (par exemple, les dispositifs de commande bimanuelle, les dispositifs de verrouillage, les dispositifs de protection sensibles \u00e0 la pression, les protecteurs). Les normes de type B2 peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es soit directement par le concepteur\/fabricant, soit par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans les normes de type C. Outre les exigences de performance, les normes de type B2 pr\u00e9cisent, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les moyens de v\u00e9rification.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n    \n        <section\n            data-name=\"Contenuto testuale con immagine\"\n            class=\"bow-gte-testo-media u-spacer-base\"\n            id=\"\"\n        >\n            \n<div class=\"o-text-media px-side-spacer sm:px-side-spacer-sm lg:px-side-spacer-tablet 2xl:px-side-spacer-desktop flex flex-wrap items-start md:block\">\n\n    \n                    <div class=\"mb-6 relative w-full md:mb-4 lg:mb-8 xl:mb-9\">\n                \n        <div                class=\"m-headings\"\n            >\n    \n    \n<h2 class=\"a-heading text-left text-primary font-heading text-2xl lg:text-3xl xl:text-4xl font-normal mt-2 first:mt-0\">\n                    NORMES DE TYPE C    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Selon la norme ISO 12100, les normes de type C fournissent <strong>des exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour une machine ou un groupe de machines particulier.<\/strong> Elles sont sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 une machine et leur champ d&rsquo;application consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer<strong> les limites de la machine et les risques significatifs couverts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les normes de type C sont r\u00e9dig\u00e9es par une \u00e9quipe d&rsquo;experts techniques (notamment des fabricants de machines et des repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;organismes de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9) connaissant bien la conception de la machine (utilisation pr\u00e9vue), l&rsquo;utilisation pratique de la machine, l&rsquo;historique des accidents et les dossiers m\u00e9dicaux, les techniques de r\u00e9duction des risques disponibles et les cadres juridiques dans lesquels la machine est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e (mise sur le march\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Les normes de type C traitent de tous les risques significatifs d&rsquo;une machine particuli\u00e8re en<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux normes de type B pertinentes et applicables ;<\/li>\n<li>En renvoyant \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres normes (par exemple une norme de type C), lorsque ces risques importants sont trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate ;<\/li>\n<li>En sp\u00e9cifiant des exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la norme, lorsque la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres normes n&rsquo;est pas possible ou pas suffisante et lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques et les priorit\u00e9s montrent que cela est n\u00e9cessaire ; et<\/li>\n<li>Traiter autant que possible les objectifs plut\u00f4t que les d\u00e9tails prescriptifs de la conception afin de minimiser les restrictions sur la conception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les normes harmonis\u00e9es jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne relative au marquage CE des machines.
