La version anglaise peut \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du lien sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la page.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des aspects qu&rsquo;ils ont essay\u00e9 de clarifier est li\u00e9 <strong>aux quasi-machines<\/strong>. La d\u00e9finition est la suivante :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[Directive 2006\/42\/CE relative aux machines] &#8211; Article 2 &#8211; D\u00e9finitions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Par \u00ab\u00a0quasi-machine\u00a0\u00bb, on entend un ensemble qui est presque une machine mais qui ne peut pas en soi r\u00e9aliser une application sp\u00e9cifique.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;exemple classique est celui du robot. Il est construit par ABB, Yaskawa, Fanuc ou d&rsquo;autres fabricants et vendu \u00e0 un int\u00e9grateur, qui le programme pour l&rsquo;application sp\u00e9cifique et le place dans une cellule robotis\u00e9e. Le robot n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour une application sp\u00e9cifique, mais il en a une une une fois qu&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9 par l&rsquo;int\u00e9grateur. Le fabricant du robot d\u00e9livre une d\u00e9claration d&rsquo;incorporation d&rsquo;une quasi-machine \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9grateur qui, apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir install\u00e9 dans la nouvelle ligne de production, proc\u00e8de au marquage CE de l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Voici ce qu&rsquo;\u00e9crit le guide de la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 ce sujet :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[Guide de la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; 2019] <strong>\u00a746 Quasi-machines<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 titre d&rsquo;exemple, les robots industriels sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement con\u00e7us sans application sp\u00e9cifique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient incorpor\u00e9s dans la machine finale [&#8230;]. Le fabricant de la machine finale prend les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour que le robot puisse ex\u00e9cuter son application sp\u00e9cifique en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein de l&rsquo;assemblage. En pratique, seul un robot industriel autonome, dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un effecteur terminal et d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de commande lui permettant d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter lui-m\u00eame une application sp\u00e9cifique, constitue une machine compl\u00e8te au sens de la Directive Machines.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Certains praticiens mettent l&rsquo;accent sur le fait qu&rsquo;il est \u00ab\u00a0<em>fourni \u00e0 la fois un effecteur terminal et un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, mais n\u00e9gligent la partie\u00a0: un \u00ab\u00a0<em>robot industriel autonome<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Autonome signifie qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a besoin d&rsquo;aucun signal du reste de l&rsquo;installation pour effectuer sa t\u00e2che.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe un autre passage important que le Guide de la<strong>\u00a0directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb 2006\/42\/CE<\/strong> met en exergue pour comprendre le concept de quasi-machine :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[Guide de la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; 2023] <strong>\u00a746 Quasi-machines<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Une machine qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de l&rsquo;article 2, point a), trois premiers tirets, de sorte qu&rsquo;elle peut en soi fonctionner de mani\u00e8re autonome, en effectuant son application sp\u00e9cifique [&#8230;], mais qui est seulement d\u00e9pourvue des moyens de protection ou des composants de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires, tels que les protecteurs, ne doit pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une quasi-machine.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En principe, il n&rsquo;est pas possible de construire une machine sans certaines protections, \u00ab\u00a0que l&rsquo;utilisateur mettra ensuite\u00a0\u00bb, et de l&rsquo;appeler \u00ab\u00a0quasi-machine\u00a0\u00bb : dans ce cas, un tel produit rel\u00e8ve de la d\u00e9finition de machine et doit porter le marquage CE.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, il existe peu d&rsquo;exemples aussi clairs. Un exemple plus complexe est celui d&rsquo;un fabricant de cages de laminage. Le client veut simplement les cages avec tout l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire (moteurs, centrale hydraulique, etc.), mais il se chargera de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration dans le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de son usine. Il est clair que les cages ont une application tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique, mais seulement apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;automatisation et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le fabricant vendra alors le produit en tant que quasi-machine.<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, <strong>le r\u00e8glement relatif aux nouvelles machines<\/strong> clarifie la question en modifiant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la d\u00e9finition de la quasi-machine :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[Projet R\u00c8GLEMENT (UE) 2023\/1230 sur les machines] &#8211; Article 3 &#8211; D\u00e9finitions<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>(10) \u00ab\u00a0quasi-machine\u00a0\u00bb : ensemble qui est une machine si ce n&rsquo;est <strong>qu&rsquo;il ne peut fonctionner en tant que tel pour r\u00e9aliser une application sp\u00e9cifique e<\/strong>t qui est uniquement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre incorpor\u00e9 ou assembl\u00e9 \u00e0 une machine ou \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres quasi-machines ou \u00e9quipements, formant ainsi un produit-machine ;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En outre, la pr\u00e9cision suivante est apport\u00e9e dans les consid\u00e9rants :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>[Projet R\u00c8GLEMENT (UE) 2023\/1230 sur les machines &#8211; avril 2021 ] &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0consid\u00e9rant que\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>(21) <strong>Une quasi-machine<\/strong> est un produit relevant du champ d&rsquo;application du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement qui <strong>doit faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une construction compl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong> afin de pouvoir r\u00e9aliser son application sp\u00e9cifique, \u00e0 savoir les op\u00e9rations bien d\u00e9finies pour lesquelles le produit est con\u00e7u. Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire que toutes les exigences du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement s&rsquo;appliquent aux quasi-machines mais, afin d&rsquo;assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du produit dans son ensemble, il est n\u00e9anmoins important que la libre circulation de ces quasi-machines soit garantie au moyen d&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure sp\u00e9cifique.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>En substance<\/strong> : un petit robot \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bouton de d\u00e9marrage et d&rsquo;arr\u00eat et qui, par exemple, coupe l&rsquo;herbe d&rsquo;une pelouse ou aide les gens \u00e0 marcher correctement (ce qu&rsquo;on appelle les robots de service) est une machine.<strong> Le robot de scorification d&rsquo;un four de fusion est une machine partiellement achev\u00e9e, car il doit recevoir des signaux d&rsquo;interface du reste de l&rsquo;usine pour fonctionner correctement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans la section des pi\u00e8ces jointes de cette page, vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le Guide 2023 de la directive Machines 2006\/42\/CE.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Directive Machines et machines partiellement achev\u00e9es, Guide 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":182,"featured_media":35064,"parent":0,"menu_order":105,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"tipologia_approfondimento":[153],"class_list":["post-35063","approfondimento","type-approfondimento","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipologia_approfondimento-directive-machine"],"acf":{"sottotitolo":"","allegati":[{"string_block":"Guide 2023 de la directive Machines","file_block":45235}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
