Une machine partiellement achev\u00e9e n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre marqu\u00e9e CE conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb, car elle n&rsquo;est pas conforme \u00e0 toutes les exigences essentielles de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 applicables et constitue donc, en principe, une \u00ab\u00a0machine dangereuse\u00a0\u00bb. Toutefois, il convient de lire le texte suivant, extrait du Guide 2019 de la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>[Guide 2019 de la directive 2006\/42\/CE] Le marquage \u00ab\u00a0CE\u00a0\u00bb appos\u00e9 sur la machine signifie que la machine est conforme \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne applicable exigeant le marquage \u00ab\u00a0CE\u00a0\u00bb [&#8230;]. Il convient de noter que, bien que les quasi-machines ne doivent pas porter le marquage CE en vertu de la directive \u00ab\u00a0Machines\u00a0\u00bb, elles peuvent porter le marquage CE si elles rel\u00e8vent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres l\u00e9gislations pertinentes telles que l&rsquo;ATEX [&#8230;].<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Normalement, une quasi-machine est livr\u00e9e avec son propre panneau de commande et son propre \u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique : prenons l&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;un robot et de son contr\u00f4leur.
