We could therefore think that the standards requires the verification that all safety systems are properly working. Therefore, one way, is for example to activate the emergency push buttons and verify that the movements of the machinery stop.<\/p>\n<p>That is, in reality, a bit \u201cgeneric\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We know for example that not all the elements powered must be switched off, for example, the air could be kept inside a Robot Cell if the risk assessment concludes it is not a risk, or that there is a higher risk to remove the pneumatic energy when the Emergency Stop function is activated.<\/p>\n<p>What would be correct is to verify that the <strong>Span of Control<\/strong> of all the safety loops is properly implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The Functional Test <strong>should also verify that<\/strong> all the <strong>thermal setting<\/strong> of the motor protections are correctly set and that <strong>all RCDs<\/strong> are properly working.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EN (IEC) 60204-1 Requires the execution of a Functional Test of the Electrical Equipment of the Machinery, before placing it on the market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":45891,"parent":3797,"menu_order":17,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"normative-tecniche":[58],"class_list":["post-45890","normativa_tecnica","type-normativa_tecnica","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipologia_normativa-en-iec-standards"],"acf":{"sottotitolo":"","allegati":null},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
