text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>Paragraph<strong> 7.2<\/strong> describes the <strong>overcurrent protections<\/strong>. The Standard details the following circuits:<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Supply conductors \u00a7 <strong>7.2.2<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Power circuits \u00a7 <strong>7.2.3<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Control circuits \u00a7 <strong>7.2.4<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Socket outlets and their associated conductors \u00a7<strong> 7.2.5<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Lighting circuits \u00a7 <strong>7.2.6<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Transformers \u00a7 <strong>7.2.7<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Point with a reduction in the cross-sectional area \u00a7 <strong>7.2.8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Standard specifies the conditions to be satisfied in order to not install an overcurrent protective device where a reduction in the cross-sectional area.<\/p>\n<p>In paragraph <strong>7.2.9<\/strong>, the Standard specifies that rated short-circuit breaking capacity shall be at least equal to the prospective fault current at the point of installation.<\/p>\n<p>In paragraph <strong>7.2.10<\/strong> the Standard specifies that the rated current if fuses or the setting current of the overcurrent protective devices shall be selected as low as possible but adequate for the anticipated overcurrents.<\/p>\n<p>In paragraph <strong>7.3<\/strong>, the Standard describes the protection of motors against overheating.
