first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <blockquote><p><strong>4.6.1\u00a0<\/strong><em>The effect of unplugging and plugging in of detachable operator control station(s) shall be considered in the risk assessment.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When emergency stop devices are installed on cableless operator control station, at least one emergency stop device shall be permanently available on the machine.\u00a0The standard\u00a0does NOT require that, if the button goes into Stand-by, the emergency stop function is automatically activated.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid confusion between active and inactive devices, al least one of the following measures shall be applied:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Device colour changing through illumination of\u00a0 the active\u00a0emergency stop device;<\/li>\n<li>Automatic covering\u00a0of inactive emergency stop devices; where\u00a0this is not practicable, manually applied covering can be used, provided that the cover remains attached to the operator\u00a0control stations;<\/li>\n<li>Provision of proper storage for detached or cableless\u00a0operator control stations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Which of the measures listed has been applied and the correct operation of this measure shall be explained in the instructions for use of\u00a0the machine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div Rearming of the emergency stop on portable control stations    <\/h2>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n        \n        \n                    <div class=\"relative w-full\">\n                \n<div class=\"a-text font-text text-base normal mt-8 first:mt-0 space-y-4\">\n    <p>If the span of control is not visible and there are\u00a0areas of the machine that are not observable from the point where the portable operator control station is used, once the emergency stop condition is activated, to disable it the emergency stop actuator shall be disangaged\u00a0on the portable control station but also one or more additional fixed devices near the machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n
