Such measures must take as a base a high level of protection of the health and safety of people and of the environment.<br \/>The Machinery Directive thus has a dual objective: to permit the free movement of machinery within the internal market whilst ensuring a high level of protection of health and safety.<br \/>Following the proposal by the Commission, the Machinery Directive was adopted by the European Parliament and the Council, after consulting the Economic and Social Committee, according to the co-decision procedure set out in Article 251 of the EC Treaty (now referred to as the ordinary legislative procedure in Article 294 of the TFEU).<\/p>\n<p>We support local and international manufacturers in the preparation of <strong>all the aspectss of the Technical File of their machinery or production lines<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;We help you understanding the&nbsp;correct interpretation of the various&nbsp;Harmonised Technical Standards and we support you in going through the Directive methodology in order to make your machinery compliant with the 2006\/42\/EC.&nbsp;<br \/>On the basis of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/en\/technical-standards\/en-iso-standards\/en-12100-risk-assessment\/\">EN ISO 12100<\/a> and together with the manufacturer engineers&nbsp; we do a risk assessement of the machine and we list possible modifications in order to make the machine itself compliant with the risk level dictated by the Directive.&nbsp;<br \/>We prepare the Technical file and the instruction for use or give advise on how to improve the existing one.&nbsp;The EC Declaration of conformity as well as the marking&nbsp;to be placed on the machinery are prepared.&nbsp;<br \/>We verify that the electrical, (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/en\/technical-standards\/en-iec-standards\/en-iec-60204-1-safety-of-machinery-electrical-equipment-of-machines\/\">EN 60204-1<\/a>) Hydraulic (EN 4413)&nbsp;and pneumatic (EN 4413) drawings comply with the related techincal standards. Morover we verify that the electrical equipment of the machinery is compliant with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/en\/technical-standards\/en-iso-standards\/en-iso-13849-1-performance-level-estimation\/\">EN ISO 13849-1<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gt-engineering.it\/en\/technical-standards\/en-iec-standards\/iec-62061-functional-safety-of-machineries469677178\/\">IEC 62061<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <div class=\"clear-both\"><\/div>\n        \n\n    <\/div>\n        <\/section>\n\n    \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GT Engineering assists machinery manufacturers in risk analysis in accordance with EN 12100.
